  1. All Neurobloom digital products, including instant downloads, are final sale. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once purchase is complete and access is granted.

  2. Supplements and other consumable products are also final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items once processed or shipped.

  3. Please review all product details carefully before purchase.

Refund Request Policy (Physical Printed Materials Only)

This policy applies exclusively to Neurobloom’s printed materials such as journals, oracle cards, guides, and similar products:

  • If you believe your physical product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neurobloomco@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos showing the damage or defect

    • A brief description of the issue

  • Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Refund requests for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other reasons will not be accepted.
